Registration for LIVE Events/Conferences.  We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a Live Event or related event(s) at our sole discretion. If we cancel or postpone a LIVE event or conference, we will use reasonable efforts to reschedule the canceled or postponed seminar or event within twelve (12) months from its original start date. Registration fees paid by registrants for a canceled or postponed seminar shall be applicable to the rescheduled seminar on a dollar-for-dollar basis only. In the event the Quantum Nutrition Testing Academy elects not to reschedule the canceled seminar or event, the registrant will be offered a refund. If this occurs, our responsibility is limited to a refund of any registration fees already paid. QNT Academy is not responsible for related or unrelated losses, costs and/or expenses the registrant may incur or have incurred as a result of any trip cancellations or changes. Please allow 30 days for us to process any refunds or credit changes. LIVE event dates and locations are subject to change without prior notice. QNT Academy reserves the right to change any instructor for each seminar or event without notice.

Class Cancellation Policy by QNT

Quantum Nutrition Testing reserves the right to cancel a LIVE Class that has less than 8 students registered for the class 30 days before. A QNT Class may be canceled at any time. Students reserve the right to transfer to another QNT LIVE Class that has open spots.

Registration confirmations: You will receive a LIVE Event/Online course purchase confirmation email within one week.  

Completion and certification in Quantum Nutrition Testing Level I LIVE is a prerequisite to attending Level II LIVE. This means that individuals who have not completed and been certified in Level I LIVE will not be permitted to attend Level II LIVE, regardless of any other certifications they may hold.

Please note that Quantum Nutrition Testing online training or any other related certifications, whether obtained in-person or online, do not count towards prerequisite certification to attend Level II LIVE. Only completion of Level I LIVE and certification earned from that program will be accepted.

This policy is in effect as a safeguard to ensure the success of all participants in our training programs. By adhering to this policy, we can maintain the quality and consistency of our training and provide you with the best possible learning experience.

Cancellation and Rescheduling  Policy for QNT LIVE Classes:

1. Overview:

We understand that circumstances may arise where participants need to cancel their registration or reschedule their registration for a LIVE class. To maintain fairness and ensure smooth operations, and prevent losses we have established the following cancellation and rescheduling policy.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Deadlines and Fee Structure:

• 2 Weeks Before Class Date: If a cancellation or class reschedule is made at least two weeks before the scheduled class date, the participant will incur a 50% loss of the total fee paid for the class. The remaining 50% will be applied to future QNT LIVE Class.
• 1 Week Before Class Date: If a cancellation or class reschedule is made within one week but more than 48 hours before the scheduled class date, the participant will incur a 75% loss of the total fee paid for the class. The remaining 25% will be applied to future QNT LIVE Class
• 48 Hours Before Class Date: Cancellation or class reschedule made within 48 hours of the scheduled class date will result in a 100% loss of the total fee paid for the class. 

For canceling/rescheduling, please refer to the following policy:

Participants must submit their cancellation requests via email to [email protected] with the subject line: "LIVE Class Cancellation - [Participant's Name]." The cancellation will be considered official upon receipt of the email.

4. Exceptions:

In exceptional circumstances such as medical emergencies or other unforeseen situations, we may consider refund requests or waiving cancellation fees on a case-by-case basis. Participants must provide valid communication, documentation or evidence to support their claim for consideration.

5. Rescheduling:

Participants may request to reschedule their class to a different date. Rescheduling is subject to class availability and approval by QNT management. 

Rescheduling requests must be sent to [email protected]. 

Cancellation fees may still be enforced based on the above fee schedule and the date of written class cancellation or class rescheduling request.

6. Non-Attendance:

Participants who fail to attend the class without prior 48 notice will not be eligible for a refund. They may  be eligible to reschedule to another class but the cancellation fee(s) may still be applied based on the date of the cancellation/reschedule request.

7. Management Discretion:

The management reserves the right to amend or modify this cancellation policy at its discretion. Any changes will be communicated to participants in advance.

By registering for our LIVE classes, participants acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this cancellation policy.

 

Registrants cannot make the date LIVE Event registrations.  A LIVE Event Registration expires after 12 months from the date of purchase. Special events tickets can be transferred to another special event of the same type within a 12-month time frame starting from the date of purchase so long as the purchaser provides a minimum of thirty (30) days written or electronic (email) notice prior to the event of the desire to transfer the ticket to another event. If the ticket is transferred to a different type of event (within the 12-month period) there may be an additional charge depending on the nature and length of the event.

 

Travel and related expenses for workshops, seminars, or special events. All expenses related to attending any QNT workshops or seminars of any kind are the responsibility of the attendee.  This includes, but is not limited to airfare, food, and lodging.

 

Online Course Registrations. Online Course registrations are for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase and are for one person only unless otherwise stated in the product offer or marketing materials. Course access may not be shared with others or transferred from the original person who is granted course access. Any downloadable materials are for the sole use of the registrant except for those materials that are intended to be handed out to the practice’s clients.

 

Refund Policies for Services.  The refund policies for training, including courses, workshops, and events, sold through this website are as follows:

Refund policy for workshops and seminars:  Once paid, registration fees for workshops & seminars are non-refundable. If a registrant desires to reschedule his/her attendance at a workshop or seminar, a transfer certificate will be saved in your personal record with QNT in value to the dollar amount paid for the original registration. If a registrant desires to reschedule his/her attendance at a workshop or seminar, notice must be given in writing at least 2 weeks prior to the scheduled event. Permission may be granted or denied to reschedule at the discretion of QNT. Registration tickets for live events are valid for one year after purchase. Registration is transferable to another individual so long as we receive written authorization from the original buyer requesting the transfer; such transfer will be done by a certificate in value to the dollar amount paid for the original registration. The sale of seminars, workshops, or credit is not permitted, nor can the fees paid be used to purchase products.  Sale or transfer of seminar tickets or credits is not permitted.

Refund policy for QNT special events: Once purchased, a ticket for a special event (such as but not limited to the Quantum Nutrition Testing Academy Seminars) are non-refundable and non-transferable for other QNT services or products.

Refund policy for online courses:  A refund for a course purchased through this website must be requested in writing. A meeting may be requested to discuss your satisfaction with the course and/or services. It is at the discretion of Quantum Nutrition Testing to approve of your cancellation request. If cancellation is approved, your recurring membership can take up to 60 days for billing to stop processing.

QNT Coaching Agreement (For Quantum Nutrition Testing Products That Include Any Coaching Services by Dr. Lisa Palmer or Related Parties)

This Agreement is entered into by and between: Dr. Lisa Palmer, Quantum Nutrition Testing Coach, or any coaching parties related to Dr. Lisa Palmer including but not limited to practitioners, employees, independent contractors, and the client. Coach agrees to provide Coaching Services for Client focusing on the following topics/results/outcomes/goals attached to this Agreement as Quantum Group Coaching.

Description of Coaching: Coaching is partnership (defined as an alliance, not a legal business partnership) between the Coach and the Client in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the client to maximize their professional potential. It is designed to facilitate the creation/development of professional or business goals and to develop and carry out a strategy/plan for achieving those goals.

Affiliate Marketing Policy - It is against terms of service to buy through your own affiliate link with the QNT Affiliate Program. This is seen as a way to manipulate our system and earn commissions without genuine referrals. If you make a purchase with your own affiliate link, you will not earn affiliate commission on such purchases. If you attempt to self affiliate by using your QNT Affiliate link and/or code to make a purchase, your QNT Affiliate account may be disabled. We reserve the right to suspend your QNT affiliate account at any time. You can use the QNT Affiliate program to focus on promoting QNT products and LIVE Classes to your audience and earning commissions through genuine referrals to earn accurate and ethical affiliate marketing commissions.

1) Coach-Client Relationship

1. Client is solely responsible for creating and implementing his/her own physical, mental, and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions and results arising out of or resulting from the coaching relationship and his/her coaching calls and interactions with the Coach. As such, the Client agrees that the Coach is not and will not be liable or responsible for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by the Coach. Client understands coaching is not therapy and does not substitute for therapy if needed, and does not prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder or medical disease.

2. Client further acknowledges that he/she may terminate or discontinue the coaching relationship at any time.

3. Client acknowledges that coaching is a comprehensive process that may involve different areas of his or her life, including work, finances, health, relationships, education and recreation. The Client agrees that deciding how to handle these issues, incorporate coaching principles into those areas and implementing choices is exclusively the Client’s responsibility.

4. Client acknowledges that coaching does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental disorders as defined by the American Psychiatric Association and that coaching is not to be used as a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, substance abuse treatment, or other professional advice by legal, medical or other qualified professionals and that it is the Client’s exclusive responsibility to seek such independent professional guidance as needed. If Client is currently under the care of a mental health professional, it is recommended that the Client promptly inform the mental health care provider of the nature and extent of the coaching relationship agreed upon by the Client and the Coach.

5. The Client understands that in order to enhance the coaching relationship, the Client agrees to communicate honestly, be open to feedback and assistance and to create the time and energy to participate fully in the program.

 

2) Services

Online Course Registrations: Online Course registrations are for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase and are for one person only unless otherwise stated in the product offer or marketing materials. Course access may not be shared with others or transferred from the original person who is granted course access. Any downloadable materials are for the sole use of the registrant except for those materials that are intended to be handed out to the practice’s clients.

The parties agree to engage in a group Coaching Program outlined in the product offer through Zoom or Kajabi meetings. Coach will be available to Client by e-mail between scheduled meetings as defined by the Coach. Client can reach out directly at [email protected] or to her assistant at [email protected] with any questions. Client will allow Coaches and related parties up to 72 hours for a response from either party.

 

3) Schedule and Fees

This coaching agreement is valid as of time of purchase from the client. Payment is due at time of purchase. The QNT Challenge can be purchased as a one-time payment or 3 monthly payments. The QNT Academy is a monthly subscription service. Invoices for monthly payments will be sent each occurring month after the initial purchase until all payments are made. Invoices must be paid at the time of issuance. If an invoice is not paid, the client has seven days of access to the Course and Coaching after the unpaid invoice. After the 7 days, the online course, coaching, and any resource related to the purchased product may be revoked from the client.

A meeting between the Coach and any parties related to the Coach, and the client, may be requested to discuss your satisfaction with the course and/or services. It is at the discretion of Quantum Nutrition Testing to approve of your cancellation request. If cancellation is approved, your recurring membership can take up to 60 days for billing to stop processing. 

IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH ANY OF THE CONTENT OR MATERIALS ON OUR WEBSITE, OR ANY SERVICES OR INFORMATION AVAILABLE THROUGH THE WEBSITE, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE ACCESSING AND USING OUR WEBSITE. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES EVEN IF YOUR REMEDIES UNDER THIS AGREEMENT FAIL OF THEIR ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.

 

 

4) Procedure The time of the coaching meetings and/or location will be determined by Coach. The Coach will initiate all scheduled calls and will email the link to access the group coaching calls to the client. If the Coach will be using any other link, Client will be notified prior to the scheduled appointment time.

 

5) Confidentiality This coaching relationship, as well as all information (documented or verbal) that the Client shares with the Coach as part of this relationship, is bound by the principles of confidentiality within Quantum Nutrition Testing LLC. However, please be aware that the Coach-Client relationship is not considered a legally confidential relationship and thus communications are not subject to the protection of any legally recognized privilege. The Coach will not disclose the Client’s name as a reference without the Client’s consent.

 

Confidential Information does not include information that: (a) was in the Coach’s possession prior to its being furnished by the Client; (b) is generally known to the public or in the Client’s industry; (c) is obtained by the Coach from a third party, without breach of any obligation to the Client; (d) is independently developed by the Coach without use of or reference to the Client’s confidential information; or (e) the Coach is required by statute, lawfully issued subpoena, or by court order to disclose; (f) is disclosed to the Coach and as a result of such disclosure the Coach reasonably believes there to be an imminent or likely risk of danger or harm to the Client or others; and (g) involves illegal activity. The Client also acknowledges his or her continuing obligation to raise any confidentiality questions or concerns with the Coach in a timely manner.

 

Release of Information

The Coach engages in training and continuing education pursuing and/or maintaining Credentials. That process may require the names and contact information of all Clients for possible verification. By signing this agreement, you agree to have only your name, contact information and start and end dates of coaching shared with Dr. Lisa Palmer and/or other parties involved in this process for the sole and necessary purpose of verifying the coaching relationship, no personal notes will be shared.

 

According to the ethics of our profession, topics may be anonymously and hypothetically shared with other coaching professionals for training, supervision, mentoring, evaluation, and for coach professional development and/or consultation purposes.

 

Record Retention Policy

The Client acknowledges that the Coach has disclosed his/her record retention policy with respect to documents, information and data acquired or shared during the term of the Coach-Client relationship. Such records will be maintained by the Coach in a format of the Coach’s choice (print or digital/electronic) for a period of not less than 5 years.

 

8) Limited Liability Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, the Coach makes no guarantees, representations or warranties of any kind or nature, express or implied with respect to the coaching services negotiated, agreed upon and rendered. In no event shall the Coach be liable to the Client for any indirect, consequential or special damages. Notwithstanding any damages that the Client may incur, the Coach’s entire liability under this Agreement, and the Client’s exclusive remedy, shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the Client to the Coach under this Agreement for all coaching services rendered through and including the termination date.

 

9) Entire Agreement This document reflects the entire agreement between the Coach and the Client and reflects a complete understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter. This Agreement supersedes all prior written and oral representations. The Agreement may not be amended, altered or supplemented except in writing signed by both the Coach and the Client.

 

10) Applicable Law This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any conflicts of laws provisions.

 

11) Binding Effect This Agreement shall be binding upon the parties hereto and their respective successors and permissible assigns.
